2. Scope

These terms apply to contracts for digital content and licenses (in particular Shopware plugins) between the provider and consumers or businesses via the online shop at simplysoftware.dev.

3. Subject matter

The subject matter is digital products / usage rights (licenses) as described on the product page. One-time purchases (“full version”) and subscriptions (monthly/yearly) may be offered.

4. Conclusion of contract

Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” and completing payment via Stripe, the customer submits a binding offer.

The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the order, typically by confirming successful payment and/or unlocking the license in the customer portal.

5. Prices and payment

Gross prices in EUR at the time of order apply. No VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

6. Delivery / provision

Digital products are provided in the customer portal after payment (license key and/or download where applicable). There is no physical shipping.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal where required by law. Details: Withdrawal policy.

8–10. Further terms

Usage rights, liability and final provisions correspond to the German AGB version. German law applies; mandatory consumer protections of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
